Oregon & Delta-8 THC Legality

Following the passing of House Bill 3000, signed into law by Governor Kate Brown, Delta-8 is legal in Oregon but controlled by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC). The measure establishes a new category of cannabinoids called as "Adult Use Cannabinoids," which includes THC isomers delta-8, delta-10, and others. Adults aged 21 and above can buy any product with a THC content of more than 0.5 mg, unless they have a medical marijuana license and are under 21 but over 18. There are no limitations on the selling of delta-8 in Oregon, unlike recreational and medicinal marijuana.
